HEALTH CERTIFICATE SPECS
All cattle sold through Stockmans Choice Auction must meet minimum health certification standards. Each animal in the available lots must be accompanied by a valid health certificate signed by a licensed veterinarian, ensuring compliance and transparency throughout the auction process. Must be vaccinated at least 2 weeks before sale with an 8 or 9 way Clostridium vaccine containing the following strains:

Chauvoei

Septicum
-
Novyi
-
Sordellii

Perfringens types C & D

Tetani

Haemolyticum
Must be vaccinated at least 2 weeks before sale with a killed or modified live virus vaccine containing the following components:

Infectious Bovine Rhinotracheitis (IBR)

BVD Types 1 & 2

Parainfluenza 3 (PI3)

Bovine Respiratory Synctial

Mannheimia haemolyticum

Histophilus somnus
Must be vaccinated at least 2 weeks before sale with a vaccine containing the following strains of leptospirosis:

Icterohaemorrhagiae

Pomona
Must be dewormed with an oral, injectable or topical dewormer within 60 days of sale.
